This site provides information about management software for enclosure businesses and lets visitors request a demo or contact Fortuna Silex, S.L. Access is free and requires no registration.

Visitors agree to use the site lawfully, not to damage its systems or those of third parties, and to provide accurate information in forms. Fortuna Silex, S.L. may change the content and these terms at any time.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The text, designs, images, logos, trademarks and code on this site belong to Fortuna Silex, S.L. or are used with the permission of their owners. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without express permission.

5. Liability

The content is for information only. Product screenshots, figures and images are illustrative and do not constitute a binding offer: the features and terms of each contract are set out in the commercial proposal. Fortuna Silex, S.L. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site and is not liable for damage resulting from improper use.

Links to third-party sites (for example, WhatsApp or YouTube) are provided for convenience. Fortuna Silex, S.L. does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Privacy policy

This policy explains how personal data provided through this site is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we process

The data entered in the demo or contact form: name, company, email, phone, company type, country or region, interests and message. No special-category data is requested.

What we use it for

• To handle requests for a demo, a quote or information.
• To prepare and send the commercial proposal requested.
• To send information about the software only when requested or where there is an existing business relationship, with the option to unsubscribe in every message.

Legal basis

The data subject’s consent when submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps taken at their request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior processing.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle the request. If a business relationship begins, for its duration and then for the applicable statutory limitation periods, with the data blocked.

Who we share it with

Data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting and email provider (Arsys) has access as a data processor, solely to provide its service. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy.

If your company is in Argentina, your data will be shared with our distributor PC 14 Silicia S.R.L. (SILEX), Buenos Aires, solely to handle your request and, where applicable, to provide the service. Argentina has an adequacy decision from the European Commission (Decision 2003/490/EC), so no additional safeguards are required for this transfer. For that data you may also exercise your rights before Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), under Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@fortunasilex.com and stating which right you are exercising. If you believe the processing is not appropriate, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

Technical and organisational measures are in place to protect data, including the site’s encrypted connection (HTTPS) and restricted access to the requests received.

Cookie policy

This site uses technical cookies and, only if you accept them, Google Analytics cookies. It does not use advertising cookies.

• WordPress technical cookies: only set when an administrator logs in to the site’s dashboard. They are strictly necessary and do not require consent.
• Your cookie choice: we store in your browser whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, for 12 months, so we don't ask you again.
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), only if you accept: _ga and _ga_* cookies, lasting up to 2 years, to count visits and see which pages are viewed, in aggregate. • Video: if a product video is published, it plays from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and only loads when you click “See how it works”.
• WhatsApp: the button is an external link; it sets no cookies on this site.
