Frequently asked questions
Do I need RFID to use the system?
No. The system is fully functional without RFID: opportunities, quotes, 3D render, scheduling, contracts, jobs and administration. RFID traceability is an optional module scoped per project.
Does it run in the cloud or on my own server?
Your choice. We can host it for you or install it on your company’s server, and we can also supply the server if you need one.
Do I need to install anything on our computers?
No. It’s a web application: it opens in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
Can I use my suppliers’ price lists?
Yes. You can import your suppliers’ quotes and review each line before using it in your own quote.
Does it adapt to the way we work?
Yes. Sales stages, material families, minimum margin and discount caps are all set up for your company.
